Svínavatnshreppur (áður kallaður Svínadalshreppur) var hreppur í Austur-Húnavatnssýslu fram til ársloka 2005. Aðalatvinnuvegur er landbúnaður. Fólksfjöldi 1. desember 2004 var 116.
Hinn 1. janúar 2006 sameinaðist hann Bólstaðarhlíðarhreppi, Sveinsstaðahreppi og Torfalækjarhreppi og var hið nýja sveitarfélag kallað Húnavatnshreppur.
